Meeting Minutes
09 October 2012 held at Depot Court
- Call to Order at 6:00 p.m.
- Roll Call: Linda Cartier and Debra Sacco absent.
- Minutes of September 11, 2012 meeting
- Motion to accept minutes as corrected by Mr. Swain, seconded by Mrs. Lavallee, all in favor.
- Mr. Swain’s resignation letter
- Review of correspondence to legislators.
- Discussion ensued in regard to snow removal policy. No policy change recommended.
- General questions in regard to the check registers were answered.
- Accountant’s Report
- Discussion ensued in regard to reduced income which is due to vacancies. Mrs. Bergeron stated that staff have been offered overtime to complete vacancies.
- Executive Director’s Report

- Mr. Swain announced that he and his wife, Darlene, will be moving to New York at the beginning of the year and will be resigning his position.
- Next meeting November 13, 2012 at Wrentham Manor.
- Motion to adjourn made by Mr. Swain, seconded by Mrs. Lavallee, all in favor.
